The Windiest City Of Them All...

Ahh Chicago.

I so love it.

Yes, the cold is not my favorite, but maybe that could change. It was so invigorating. Walking through real downtowns is one of my favorite things to do. Seattle has been my favorite up until today. If I could live and work in an apartment in a big downtown, I would be content. Traveling is the next best thing though, so I'm still pretty happy :)

Rick has a fascination with trains, and so this time we went on the CTA. It's a monorail and a subway, and pretty cool. It kicks the Trax's ass to the moon. We went downtown, took some awesome pictures, and walked around. Can I just say, people are so nice here! We didn't have enough cash for a round trip fare, and we dont have the pin number yet for his card, so we couldn't get cash. The ticket people had us buy the one way card, and let us on the train for free! And when we got downtown, a taxi driver gave us directions to a pizza place called Gino's East for some Chicago pizza. I guess it's a famous place, alot of celebrities eat there. It was so cool! And very yummy.

Of course there were some scary people, but it wouldn't be a big city without them. And they weren't that scary. All in all, it was a pretty awesome day :)
